晩秋蚕の配蚕を迎えて（ブログはじめました） Silkworms of the rate autumn season coming
いよいよ明日、7,500頭のお蚕がやってきます。
Finally 7,500 silkworms are coming to me tomorrow.
ここまで来るのにたくさんの方々のサポートがありました。
ご恩に報いるためにも、良い繭をつくっていきたいと思います。
I owe what I am to many people. I would like to produce good cocoons in return.
今回、飼育展示させていただく場所は、甘楽町の古民家かふぇ「信州屋」の別棟。こんな素敵な場所であります。
This time I raise silkworms in the traditional room as the below picture shows.
入り口にある「商」の字が、今の自分にとって必要な文字に感じられてなりません。。。
The Chinese character 「商」: it means "business"in English, seems important to me.
ちなみに、今回使用する養蚕道具はすべて地域の方々から譲りうけたものです。
By the way all the sericulture tools are given to me from local people.
このような納屋の上階（どこも柱や梁、土壁の雰囲気に魅せられます・・・）にのぼらせていただき、道具を引っ張り出し
I went upstairs in barns: the atmosphere is very attractive, and I brought the tools.
高圧洗浄機（これも借り物だ！）で汚れを落とし
I washed them by a high-pressure washing machine
干し
and dried.
軽トラ（これもご多分に漏れず借り物です！）で運びました。
I carried them using a small truck.
しかし、もらったり、（細かい道具は）購入したりではダメだ！と思ったので、ディスプレイ用のイーゼルは壊れた養蚕道具を用いて作りました。
I made a easel by myself using broken sericulture tools to feel satisfied.
じゃん！正直に言うと、結構な部分を昨年、居候させていただいた大家さんに手伝っていただのですが(笑)
Finished. Landlord helped me a lot.
今日、ボードに渾身の絵をしたためた完成形がこちらです！
And the below photo shows completed one.

右下の絵は数少ない大学時代の友人が、左上の黄色いお蚕の絵は群馬県高崎市在住の手おり作家さん（http://teoriomotoya.tumblr.com/）がオリジンです。お二人には、自分の画力が追いつかず申し訳ない限りです。

And at last
この坊主頭は、甘楽町地域おこし協力隊の同期Ｈ氏とPanasonic電動バリカンの努力の結晶です。決して、朝のお勤め前とかではありません。
the good tie of my colleague and Panasonic electric hair clipper made my head clean. I didn't recite Buddhist sutra.
本当にいろいろな方の支えがあって今がある。そして、未来もきっとそういった支えがあってこそ。
I owe what I am a lot to many people. And I will owe what i will be to such people.
ここが軸足。しっかり踏み込もう。大きな1歩を踏み出すために。
Pivot foot should be stepped into here to take a big step.

ReplyDeleteありがとうございます。生き物相手はちょっと大変なときもありますが、とてもはり合いがあって1日1日が充実します。バイク、遅くなって申し訳ありません。軽トラもきましたので、お蚕が落ち着いた冬に引き取りさせていただければ幸いです。
